We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
After our category-specific return window closes, all electricals, electronics, fans, and power equipment are covered solely by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. We will gladly help you find the nearest authorized service center or coordinate with the manufacturer to get your product repaired or replaced.
General Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, all items must meet the following baseline conditions:

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice is required.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging (including box, styrofoam, plastic wrap, and barcodes).

Complete Contents: All manuals, remote controls, cables, accessories, freebies, and warranty cards must be included.

Unaltered State: Serial numbers, IMEI numbers, or tech tags must be intact and match our inventory records.
Dresses and Apparels
For hygiene reasons, dresses cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Lights and Fans
Condition: Items must not have been installed, wired, or mounted. Once a light fixture or ceiling fan is installed, it is no longer eligible for a standard return and falls under the manufacturer's warranty.
Electricals and Electronics
Condition: Allowed only if the factory seal on the box is completely unbroken. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Power Generators & Inverters
No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for generators or inverters because you changed your mind or miscalculated your power load requirements.
